Referral Fees
I remain committed to providing a first class service to local people through a qualified Solicitor. I do hope that you feel able to recommend us to your family or friends should the need arise. I am so confident that we can offer unrivalled service that we will do pay a referral fee of £350 for each and every new client that is referred to us.
The government has indicated an intention to ban referral fees in order to restrict insurance companies and claims management companies who treat injured people as commodity to be sold to the highest bidder. However it is unclear at this stage whether such a ban would affect payments to former clients. As it stands referral fees are lawful.
