What is the loyalty fee?
The loyalty fee is a thank you for instructing us. It is not a loan but a gift. We appreciate the financial hardship suffered by most people after an accident at work or serious injury. We're here to help.
How much is it?
We pay £250 in accident at work cases and £750 in serious injury cases. We do not pay a loyalty fee in road traffic accidents or public liability cases unless the injuries suffered are serious.
Will I have to repay the loyalty fee?
No. It is not an advance of your damages or a loan. It is a gift. If your claim fails you will not have to repay the loyalty fee.
When is the loyalty fee paid?
The loyalty fee is paid to you as soon the client care documentation, signed by you, is returned to us.
